Tigray’s Humanitarian Crises

As the war rages on in Tigray (Ethiopia), urgent measures are needed to stem the tragedy. This policy brief is addressed to the European Council so that it brings this grinding stalemate to a close and paves the way to a constructive and life-saving dialogue between the protagonists of this barbaric conflict.
